Description
Compact Luxury
With an efficient 80” x 80” footprint, the Leloo delivers the comfort and appearance of a premium washroom without requiring a large installation area. Thoughtful interior finishes and an attractive exterior create a welcoming alternative to basic outhouses and conventional portable toilets.
Designed Around Your Needs
This building is specifically designed for Waterless toilet systems. Along with premium interior finishes and four-season construction. Whether used as a private cottage bathroom, guest facility, or resort amenity, the Leloo can be customized to suit the property, climate, and level of use. The Leloo can also be designed with different exterior finishes, interior treatments, and toilet configurations. It is available for both on-grid and off-grid use and can accommodate Separett urine-diverting toilet systems, allowing it to work in virtually any location.
One Building, Many Possibilities
The Leloo is a versatile standalone building that can combine a premium washroom, and changing space within one compact structure. Its flexible layout makes it ideal for cottages, resorts, campgrounds, marinas, parks, and remote properties.
Built for On-Grid or Off-Grid Living
The LeLoo can connect to conventional utilities or be equipped for independent operation. Optional solar panels on the roof, a battery pack in the utility room, hot-water systems, and energy-efficient fixtures make it possible to create a dependable washroom and shower solution even where infrastructure is limited.
